Welcome to DuPaul AI Consulting. By accessing or purchasing from our website (dupaulai.com), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, prompt stacks, training materials, and AI configurations are the intellectual property of DuPaul AI Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose our materials without prior written consent.

2. Scope of Service

We provide AI prompt stacks, interactive tools, and, when selected, private GPT-powered bots for professional or personal use. This includes DAC Aegis PT, which is designed to support—but not replace—regulatory knowledge, professional judgment, or compliance decisions.

While our tools may reference OSHA, CFR, and other safety-related sources, they are not a substitute for proper training, qualified supervision, or legal consultation. Use of DAC Aegis PT does not exempt the client from their legal duties under state, federal, or site-specific safety requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate intake information during onboarding
• Validating all outputs before implementation or distribution
• Ensuring final decisions reflect site-specific conditions, regulations, and best practices

DAC Aegis PT and all AI tools provided are designed to assist—not replace—qualified safety personnel, compliance officers, or legal advisors. Misapplication of any content or tool is the sole responsibility of the user and does not constitute grounds for dispute or refund (see Refund Policy).

4. No Guarantee of Results

Due to the inherent limitations and probabilistic nature of AI (including but not limited to GPT and related models), DuPaul AI Consulting makes no guarantee that the output of any prompt, workflow, or bot will be accurate, current, or error-free.

Clients accept that AI-generated content may be outdated, biased, incomplete, or factually incorrect, especially when interpreting regulatory or technical material.

No AI-generated response—whether in DAC Aegis PT or elsewhere—should be interpreted as legal advice, certified safety instruction, or official guidance from OSHA or any authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).

You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws, standards, and site conditions. We do not warrant or assume responsibility for any code citations, safety guidance, or regulatory interpretations provided through our tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuPaul AI Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, safety incidents, lost income, citations, penalties, regulatory actions, or damage to reputation resulting from the use or misuse of our services.

This includes outputs derived from DAC Aegis PT or any other AI-enabled product. The client bears full responsibility for reviewing and validating all content before taking action based on it.

No aspect of our services constitutes legal representation, OSHA certification, or engineering sign-off.

6. Jurisdiction & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts of Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Legacy & Decommission Policy

DuPaul AI Consulting reserves the right to retire, deprecate, or replace prototype bots and legacy stacks at any time to maintain quality, security, and performance. Customers will be notified of major lifecycle changes when feasible. No refunds will be issued due to obsolescence of older tools. Where appropriate, upgrade paths or transition options may be offered at our discretion.
