All content, workflows, prompt stacks, training materials, and AI configurations are the intellectual property of DuPaul AI Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose our materials without prior written consent.

2. Scope of Service

We provide custom AI prompt stacks and, when selected, private GPT-powered bots for professional and personal use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or business performance from the use of these tools.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate intake information and confirming delivery details. Misuse or misunderstanding of AI tools does not constitute grounds for dispute or refund unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Due to the inherent limitations and probabilistic nature of AI (including but not limited to GPT and related models), DuPaul AI Consulting makes no guarantee that the output of any prompt, workflow, or bot will be accurate, appropriate, or free from error.

Clients understand and accept that AI-generated content may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, outdated, or unexpected results. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and validate all outputs before use.

We are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content provided through our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuPaul AI Consulting shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, revenue, data, goodwill, or reputation arising from the use or misuse of our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, any adverse business decisions, marketing outcomes, client relationships, or operational impacts resulting from outputs generated by GPT or similar models.

6. Jurisdiction & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts of Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
