After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to your intake form.
Inside, you’ll answer a few key questions about your business, tone, audience, and goals. You’ll also be asked to paste in real examples—emails, DMs, or messages you’ve personally written.
These help us train your bot to sound like you, think like you, and execute at your level.
Just follow the instructions. The more details you provide, the sharper the output.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final once your intake form is submitted or work begins—because each build is custom-trained to you, there’s no way to reclaim the time or IP invested.
You can request a full refund within 24 hours only if no intake form has been submitted. After that, no refunds will be issued.
Incomplete forms with no response for 7 days are marked abandoned. Delivery = fulfilled contract.
How long does the process take?
On average, delivery takes 3–5 business days after we receive your completed intake form.
