📌 General Policy

All sales are final once the intake form has been submitted and work has begun. Because each AI stack and bot is tailored specifically to your workflows, tone, and systems, there is no way to reclaim time or intellectual work invested after delivery has started.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Refunds After Start of Work: Once we receive your intake form or begin work on your project, your order becomes non-refundable.
• Grace Period Exception (Pre-Work Only): If you change your mind before submitting your intake form and notify us in writing within 24 hours of purchase, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.
• Incomplete Intake Forms: If your intake form is incomplete and no contact is made for 7 days, the order will be marked abandoned and no refund will be issued. We will attempt contact once via email.
• Delayed Delivery: Delays due to unclear input, scope changes, or late responses from the client do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Digital Delivery = Fulfilled Contract: Once your final stack or bot has been delivered via email or GHL system, the transaction is considered complete. No refund will be given after delivery.

📩 How to Request an Exception (If Eligible)

If you meet the Grace Period Exception, email [email protected] with your order details and subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name]” within 24 hours of purchase.

📘 Legal Notice

This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. International buyers are subject to the same terms unless local regulations override. Due to the nature of custom digital services, our policy is legally enforceable and binding at the time of purchase.
